ABL LED Sign - Feb 2025
Let's give some visibility to the student's DIY club
DESCRIPTION
A (not so) basic LED sign we made for the local ‘hackerspace’ called ABL. The project can be seen at “Maison Des Etudiants” @ Villeneuve d’Ascq.
We still have a few esp8266 based boards laying aruound but they are mostly collecting dust so we decided that making a WIFI enabled LED sign and controller would put these to good use.
This is still a WIP, at the moment the sign is not yet assembled but the remote is fully operational.
Remote is based on an old laptop touchpad, and has haptic feedback.
