DESCRIPTION

Making your own module is not always the best idea, using 2n2222 transistors to drive relays may be an even worse idea :)
Just a PCB with 4 relays, 4 transistors, 4 resistors and 4 connectors, everything is in its right place.

There are even flywheel diodes !!
